We are currently looking for a Project Manager to join the team on a permanent ba s i s. The role will b e re s pon s ible for the leader s hip and performance of all capital delivery within a geographical area. The role will Lead, work collaboratively with the wider Maintenance and Engineering S ervice s team, and wider bu s ine s s to en s ure the provi s ion of con s i s tent, effective, and efficient commercial a s s urance. You’ll Develop and nurture s trong relation s hip s with internal and external s takeholder s, including Internal Audit. What will you be doing? Lead a s afety culture to en s ure all capital work under your re s pon s ibility i s fully complaint with our obligation s, policie s and procedure s, in particular that all work fully complie s with the requirement s of the Con s truction, De s ign & Management (CDM) Regulation s and company policie s. E s tabli s h and s u s tain a culture of a Healthier, Happier & S afer workforce through owner s hip and implementation of the LIFE programme acro s s the capital programme s under your portfolio. Accountability for the performance of the capital programme including the delivery of efficient and effective ri s k reduction whil s t maximi s ing ODI and commercial performance. En s ure compliance with all regulatory obligation s including Con s truction, De s ign & Management (CDM) compliance. Working acro s s all of Anglian Water a s required and re s pon s ible for the delivery of Operation s Delivered TOTEX s olution s, including reporting to the appropriate Governance board s a s. Lead behavioural change in your area of re s pon s ibility and it s partner s, s upply chain and s upplier s to embed and deliver TOTEX. Ensure development of your team including the performance of employees to ensure that the business area has the relevant skills to deliver against the overall Commercial Oeprations plan.
