Join Azets Early Careers as a Wealth Management Associate in Manchester. This is a rotational programme that provides hands-on experience across administration, paraplanning, client services, compliance, and more, to build a well-rounded foundation in financial planning and advisory.
Responsibilities
* Administration: Support client record management, document processing, and office operations.
* Paraplanning: Assist in preparing client reports, financial plans, and investment strategies.
* Client Services: Engage with clients to address inquiries and provide exceptional service.
* Trainee Advising: Shadow advisors in meetings and assist with financial assessments and recommendations.
* Compliance: Learn regulatory requirements and protect client interests.

* Project Management: Contribute to initiatives that improve operational efficiency and planning.
Training & Support
You’ll receive structured training across all areas of wealth management, with support from experienced mentors and access to digital tools. Qualifications
This role may follow a pathway toward financial planning qualifications such as the CII Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning, with opportunities to specialise in paraplanning, advising, or employee benefits.
