Growth Marketer

At EVONA, we’re looking for a Growth Marketer who can crack on with multiple tasks, bring structure to our marketing operations, and optimise our systems to drive results. There’s a lot to get done – and we need someone who loves a challenge.

What You’ll Be Doing:
* Sorting, structuring, and optimising data in Excel
* Running email and marketing automation campaigns
* Managing and maintaining our databases
* Overseeing marketing automation processes to improve efficiency
What You Won’t Be Doing:
* Social media management
* Designing or creating images
This role is all about systems, automation, and execution. If you’re someone who enjoys streamlining processes and making things run like clockwork, this is for you.
What You’ll Need to Fit In:
* Superb English reading/writing skills
* A keen eye for detail and accuracy
* Strong Excel skills – you know the tricks to make life easier
* Confidence running email campaigns and working with marketing automation
* Highly organised and able to juggle multiple tasks effectively
* A curious mindset, always eager to improve and develop
* A solid understanding of software – you’re not an alien to tech
* A down-to-earth, no-nonsense approach to work
