Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Docketing renewals information correctly within the firm’s case management system.
2. Ensuring renewal deadlines are met.
3. Verifying invoice accuracy.
4. Acknowledging client instructions and acting upon them accordingly.
5. Corresponding with clients and attorneys regarding renewal requirements and queries.
