Mediation Plus is a CIO providing conflict resolution services across Sussex. With over 30 years of experience, we aim to develop our services and income streams to continue supporting our community.
What You Will Do
As a trustee, you will help guide our strategic development, especially in areas like housing, marketing, and EDI, ensuring our services are accessible and inclusive for Sussex's diverse communities.
What We Are Looking For
* A commitment to our mission and values
* Availability to attend 4-6 in-person board meetings annually, held in Hailsham and St Leonards on Sea
* Experience or interest in housing, marketing, or EDI (preferred but not essential)
* Good communication skills and a passion for community service
* Understanding of trustee legal duties and responsibilities
* Willingness to undergo safeguarding training annually
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
