Salary: £42K
Hybrid: 3 Days Office / 2 Days Home
Seeking an experienced HR Advisor to working for a well known and well established organisation.
Responsibilities:
* Provide HR Advice in relation to absence and health issues, conduct and capability, grievance matters, organisational changes and employee relations matters.
* Develop and maintain collaborative and productive relationships with service areas, employees and representatives.
* Support the HR Business Partners on disciplinary and grievances.
* Prepare regular and ad hoc management information reports.
Requirements:
* Experience providing HR advice on disciplinary and grievances and employee relations matters.
* Knowledge of employment legislation.
* Good knowledge on key aspects of performance management and employee engagement.
