Simply Education is looking for Exam Invigilators based in Northamptonshire to assist with setting up the exams beforehand and supervising during the exams.
Your Responsibilities:
Supervising during the exams and ensuring all rules and regulations are adhered to
Setting up the room beforehand and ensuring the materials are set up correctly
Ensure all seating arrangements are set up in line with the exam requirements
Distribute the papers beforehand and collect them all in after and providing any material during the exams
Follow compliance with exam regulations
Report any necessary incidents to the lead and any staff that would need to be made aware
Assist with the packing up of the exams
Requirements:
Experience as an exam invigilator ideally in a school setting
Understanding of the policies and procedures
Excellent communication skills
DBS check
Previous experience in working in an educational settingAll candidates who register with Simply Education are required to provide references for the previous 2 years of work, as well as complete an enhanced DBS check. Any interviews we hold will be conducted over a Teams call.
