Job Type:Contract-to-Hire
Schedule:48 hours/week (Mon–Thurs 6:00 AM–4:30 PM, Fri 6:00 AM–2:30 PM)
Per Diem:$100–$125/day worked (for travelers)

We’re hiring Journeyman and Commercial Plumbers to support a financial center buildout in downtown Des Moines. This is a great opportunity for experienced professionals seeking long-term growth with a respected, family-owned company.
----------------------------------- Key Responsibilities
* Install and repair PVC, copper, PEX, ProPress, threaded, and grooved piping systems
* Interpret blueprints, submittals, and specifications to plan and execute daily tasks
* Layout and install mechanical piping and systems with precision
* Ensure all work complies with the Uniform Plumbing Code and project standards
----------------------------------- Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent
* 4+ years of commercial plumbing experience
* Strong teamwork and communication skills
* Journeyman or Master License preferred (open to 3rd year apprentices)
* Welding certifications are a plus

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $40.00/hr.
