TITLE: Technical Assessor – Hazardous Waste
SALARY: £Negotiable Depending on how much Hazardous Waste Technical Assessor experience you have
LOCATION: Wolverhampton
PREVIOUS ROLES MAY HAVE BEEN: Technical Assessor, Technical Support Chemist, Site Chemist
ROLE: Technical Assessor – Hazardous Waste
This role does not involve a great deal of physical chemistry and mainly draws upon applying your chemistry knowledge
You will use your knowledge of chemistry to assess incoming waste streams based on information provided by the sales team, ensure they are classified correctly and identify correct cost and route of disposal
EXPERIENCE: Technical Assessor – Hazardous Waste
Experience working in the hazardous waste Sector for at least a year is essential, working as a Technical Assessor or as a Site Chemist with Technical Assessor duties
You will have a good standard of verbal and written communication, and be competent in Outlook, Word and Excel. Experience of directly interfacing with a client would be desirable.
YOU WILL HAVE a Degree in Chemistry.

IOSH of NEBOSH safety qualification or similar
