Are you highly organised and proactive ? If you are Charters Peugeot/Citroen have a newly created role for a Service Administrator to support their busy service department in Aldershot. In this key role, you'll be the link between the customers and our front of desk team creating a seamless process for our customers. Hours of work with be 8am- 2pm Monday to Friday
You'll handle everything from making online and telephone bookings creating job cards and making follow up calls regarding customer satisfaction. If you enjoy being part of a team in a fast‑paced environment, are confident using computers when we want to hear from you.
Duties:
* Raising job cards for the workshop.
* Invoicing to warranty company's, customers, and account customers.
* Daily follow up calls on customer satisfaction and recording in report.
* General admin duties and general support to the service team with day-to-day tasks.
* Taking and managing online/telephone bookings for service/repair work.
Skills:
Basic product knowledge and strong overall computer literacy. Previous experience in a similar role within the motor trade would help
Experience using Keyloop/Kerridge or a similar dealership management systems (desirable but not essential).
The ability to communicate clearly and professionally at all levels.
High attention to detail — particularly when creating job cards, processing invoices and resolving queries.
Customer-focused approach, always ensuring a helpful and professional service.
