Senior HR Executive This multi award winning travel company have a new vacancy for an experienced Senior HR Executive to join them in providing support with operational HR support and service delivery across their UK businesses. Senior HR Executive - Role & Responsibilities: Support in managing all UK operations, to include overseeing company policies and processes and ensuring all documentation are correct and comply with employment legislation. This includes ensuring key stakeholders are kept updated and aware of requirements. Active involvement with all employee relations, operational HR and disciplinary and grievance issues, providing appropriate guidance and advice. Support with HR process management, including performance management, pay reviews and compliance matters. Timely production of management information to support business activities and HR service delivery. Alongside the HR Assistant produce reports to reflect relevant HR metrics, KPIs and data. Management of HR technology tools. Working closely with Recruitment Senior Executive to ensure the business attracts and retains the best talent. Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives, and best practice. Build and maintain strong inter-departmental relationships and communication across the business. Senior HR Executive - Skills & Experience Required: CIPD qualified preferred or extensive relevant experience. Experience working as an HR Advisor within a service setting. Strong understanding of employment law and best practice. Experience in managing a range of employee relations matters. Knowledge and experience of recruitment. Experience of assisting with business change procedures and training solutions. Previous experience of advising and influencing management on HR issues and topics. ?Project management experience would be beneficial. People focused, effective verbal and written communication skills. Innovative, positive solution focused approach with a resourceful and practical approach to problem solving. Able to build strong, effective business relationships.
