Warehouse Operative – Crick

The Recruitment Group is currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative on behalf of our client based in Crick. This is a temporary ongoing position with the potential to become long-term for the right candidate, joining a small, friendly team.
Working Hours:
1. Monday to Friday
2. 08:45 – 17:15
Pay Rate:
3. £13.00 per hour
Role Overview:
Working as part of a close-knit team of 5, this is a hands-on, physical role within a busy warehouse environment. You will play an important part in supporting daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
4. Loading and unloading goods
5. Picking and packing orders
6. Moving stock around the warehouse
7. Handling products safely and efficiently
8. General warehouse duties as required
Requirements:
9. Ability to perform manual handling tasks, including lifting items between 10–20kg
10. Comfortable working in a physically demanding role
11. Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not essential
12. Reliable, with a strong work ethic
13. Able to work well as part of a small team
