Our client, based in London, is currently recruiting for an Electoral Services Assistant on a 4-month temporary contract. The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis. The hourly rate is £17-18 per hour PAYE. Duties will include (but are not limited to): * Handling heavy workloads through Nominations and Elections week * Helping with admin tasks; emails, phone calls and using the Electoral register * Assisting with manual labour by collating the ballot boxes and processing those votes * Liaising with the residents and being understanding of their questions and concerns * Working with minimal supervision as coming into a smaller team Skills and Experience required: * Experience required in Electoral Services * Experience with the use of Microsoft and the Electoral register Working hours: * 37 hours per week * Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm Please note that you require recent experience to apply for this role.
