Service Advisor – Waylands Volvo, Havant

We’re currently looking for a Service Advisor for our Volvo dealership at Havant.
Waylands is a successful and growing motor retail group, with 15 representation points across the Thames Valley and the M4 corridor, extending into South Wales.
Responsibilities
* Communicating with customers regarding their vehicle needs.
* Maintaining positive relationships with customers to ensure repeat and return business.
* Using online bookings, phone calls, and in-person interactions to schedule and book appointments, vehicle drop‑offs, and pick‑ups with customers, using our in‑hours and manufacturer systems and processes.
* Keeping customers updated about the status of their vehicle through the workshop.
* Liaising with technician colleagues about vehicle statuses and ensuring vehicles are ready for customers on time.
Qualifications
* Active listener and excellent communicator.
* Positive attitude with all customers.
* Take ownership of the role and make it your own.
* Job satisfaction from providing an outstanding service to our customers.
* Comfortable working to deadlines.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Service Advisor experience desirable; we are happy to train those with some customer service experience.
Salary, Hours and Benefits
* 8:00am-18:00pm Mon-Fri (45 hours), Saturday 8:00am-13:00pm on a rota basis.
* OTE earning of £35k.
* 31 days holiday per year (including Bank Holidays, some of which you will be required to cover).
