About the Role:
This is a flexible part‑time role (14 hours/week), which can be arranged across 5 to 7 days depending on availability – perfect for someone who values flexibility and is happy to negotiate a working pattern that suits both sides.
Support Areas Include:
* Washing & dressing
* Light domestic duties (laundry, cleaning)
* Community access and outings
* Shopping assistance
* Meal preparation and basic cooking
About You:
* Experience: Basic cooking and care skills required. Previous care experience and knowledge of using a stand‑aid is preferred.
* Qualities: Upbeat personality, strong communication skills, dependable and punctual.
* Driving: Ability to drive is a bonus, but not essential.
* DBS: A DBS check is required for this role (paid for through funding).
Other Details:
* No pets or allergies in the home
* Non‑smoker preferred, but it’s not a dealbreaker
