Join Our Lifeguard Team! Repton School is looking to recruit a qualified Lifeguard to join our outstanding Sports Centre team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a vibrant, professional environment supporting the day-to-day supervision of our facilities across both Repton Senior and Repton Prep. Main Responsibilities: Join our Sports Centre team as a Lifeguard, helping to create a safe, welcoming, and well-run environment across both the Prep and Senior School pools. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the safety of pupils, staff, and members while supporting the smooth operation of the Centre. Key Responsibilities Supervise swimming sessions at both pools, ensuring all safety procedures and pool regulations are followed. Identify and prevent unsafe behaviour, respond to emergencies, perform rescues, and administer first aid when required. Inspect and maintain poolside equipment, water quality, and facilities to ensure they are safe and ready for use. Keep the pool, centre, and surrounding areas clean, tidy, and well presented.
