Internal Resourcer

What You’ll Be Doing
1. Own the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with department heads to plan and deliver workforce needs.
2. Craft and post creative, engaging job adverts using the latest tools and platforms.
3. Maintain and manage our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), keeping candidate records accurate and up to date.
4. Screen applications, conduct telephone interviews, and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
5. Build and nurture a talent pool of high-quality, culturally aligned candidates.
6. Support hiring managers during interviews and manage all HR documentation including contracts and offer letters.
7. Deliver outstanding onboarding experiences
8. Maintain and administer people-related business systems, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
9. Provide system support to staff and issue recruitment communications.
10. Uphold our Business Management System (BMS) and ensure information security at all times.
What You’ll Bring
Essential:
11. Minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent), including English and Maths.
12. Strong IT skills and a solid understanding of business systems.
13. A proactive, hands-on approach with the confidence to engage across all levels of the business.
14. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
15. Ability to manage a varied workload and meet deadlines.
16. A mindset focused on continuous improvement and quality.
17. Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
Desirable:
18. HR or Recruitment qualification or equivalent experience.
19. Previous experience in the technology sector.
