Position Overview:
The Customer Service Controller will be responsible for acting as the first point of contact for any customer queries relating to assets on rental.
As the Customer Service Controller, you will be responsible for:
* Answering incoming calls which will predominantly be regarding equipment breakdowns
* Making outbound calls to book services for our rental equipment
* Carrying out stock checks regularly and documenting all findings
* Assisting with booking in of small refurb projects gathering information for engineers where needed
* Managing administrative tasks for engineers working within your area
* Liaising with support engineers to gain as much knowledge as possible to any issues using web-based monitoring systems
To be successful in this role:
* Be a confident communicator with an excellent telephone manner
* Have strong administrative skills
* Be PC literate with the ability to adapt to a wide variety of tasks
* Can work well under pressure
* All candidates will need to demonstrate that they have the Right to Work in the UK.
