About the role
Porsche Solihull has a fantastic opportunity available for a Maternity Cover Accounts Assistant to join their team.
As a Porsche Accounts Assistant, you will support the day-to-day functions of the accounts department, including managing the sales and purchase ledgers, daily cash postings, and bank reconciliations. You will also assist the Dealership Accountant and Management team with ad-hoc duties as required.
Porsche Accounts Assistants work a flexible schedule, typically between Mondays and Fridays, with occasional weekends to ensure excellent customer service.
About You
Previous experience in an accounts role is advantageous, along with proficient IT skills. Knowledge of the CDK/Kerridge Dealer Management system and Microsoft Office is also required.
Ideally, you will be enthusiastic, well-organized, diligent, and capable of working to strict deadlines while paying attention to detail. You should be comfortable working both independently and as part of a small team.
Please note that candidates must have experience within an accounting role as a minimum requirement.
