Description Reablement Support Workers – 2 posts | 10213 | permanent contracts | 21.75 or 17.5 hours per week | £13.90 - £14.59 per hour, depending on experience, weekend hours are paid at time and a third | £26,824 to £28,142 per annum pro rata | Grade E | Norwich You will work on a 2-week rota basis. This will include working alternative weekends and occasional bank holidays. As a Reablement Support Worker you will be assisting people with their daily living activities such as personal care, meal/drink preparation and medication with the aim of maintaining their level of independence with these activities. Grays Fair Court is a care establishment made up of 34 Housing with Care flats. All flats are self-contained with bedroom, lounge, kitchenette and bathroom. The Housing with Care tenants also have access to 24 hour assessed care. Grays Fair Court is part of the wider Norfolk First Response Service which consists of Norfolk First Support and Swift Response.
