The Royal Dunkeld Hotels Receptionists play a vital role in delivering an exceptional experience to all of our guests. You will need a keen eye for detail, have an organised approach and have a willingness to go the extra mile for our guests. As one of our reception team you are the first and last person our guests see, you set the bar for their visit and check that every aspect of their stay has left them wanting to return. Reporting to the general manger the main job duties will include, but are not limited to:
* Welcome guests upon arrival and provide them with information about the hotel facilities and services.
* Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring accuracy in guest accounts.
* Handle reservations via phone, email, and in-person inquiries, providing assistance with bookings and modifications.
* Address guest queries and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
* Maintain an organised reception area, ensuring all necessary materials are readily available for guests and staff.
* Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
* Process payments and manage cash handling procedures as required
* Promoting the hotel through Social Media channels
* General ad hoc duties as requested by your managers

* Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous but not essential
* The ability to multi task and work calmly under pressure
* A genuine, friendly, natural and outgoing personality
* Good organisational skills and attention to detail
* The ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team
* Have a ‘can do’ and positive approach
* Flexibility
* Must be computer literate
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From £12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
