We are now looking for a
Financial Services Administrator
to join our hardworking, efficient, and closely knit team.
What you'll do:
· Support advisers and paraplanners with client care and administration
· Handle provider and client communications with accuracy and warmth
· Keep client records compliant and up to date
· Help ensure smooth day-to-day operations in a busy advice firm
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
* Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
* A strong communicator, comfortable liaising with clients and providers
* A genuine team player who thrives in a collaborative, close-knit environment
* Experienced in financial services administration (desirable, but not essential – training will be provided for the right candidate)
