Residential Conveyancer - Blackburn - up to £45,000 DOEOur client, a well-established law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their expanding team.The company is looking for a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience in residential conveyancing. This role offers the opportunity to manage a full caseload within a supportive and collaborative team environment.Key Responsibilities: Manage a full caseload from instruction through to completionProvide expert legal advice on a broad spectrum of residential conveyancing mattersDraft and review legal documentation and ensure regulatory complianceConduct necessary searches, raise enquiries, and liaise with third parties such as estate agents, lenders, and surveyorsMaintain high levels of client care and communication throughout the transactionStay up-to-date with changes in conveyancing law and practice Candidate Requirements: Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (CILEX) with at least 2 years' PQE in residential conveyancingProven ability to manage a caseload independentlyStrong technical knowledge across a variety of residential property mattersExcellent organisational and time management skillsStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-focused approachComfortable working in a fast-paced and busy environmentAdaptable and open to using new legal technologies and systemsWhile commercial property experience is welcome, it is not essential.
