Benefits:
1. Competitive basic salary of around £35,000 - £40,000 depending on experience
2. OTE of up to £55,000 with bonuses and overtime opportunities
3. Four-day working week with rotating days off

5. 4 day working week with the opportunity for regular overtime
6. Flexible weekend rosters including Saturday mornings on a rota basis
Duties:
7. Conduct general vehicle servicing, repairs, and diagnostics
8. Perform PDI checks and routine maintenance
9. Maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction
10. Keep accurate repair records and communicate findings effectively
11. Progress through additional training courses to enhance technical skills
Requirements:
12. Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or MOT Tester
13. Ability to work efficiently within a team
14. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
