We're supporting a major organisation in recruiting a Regional HR Advisor to cover a 12-month maternity leave. This is a full time position paying £45k + company car and is due to start in January. This is a hybrid position, spending around three days per week on-site across regional locations, with the rest of the time working remotely. You'll be a trusted partner to managers, providing practical, solutions-focused HR support and confident ER advice.
Coaching and upskilling managers to build confidence in handling people matters
* Building strong, credible relationships with operational teams
* Using ER trends and data insights to drive improvements
* Ensuring compliance with employment law and internal policies
* Maintaining accurate HR administration in a fast-paced environment
Strong HR Advisor experience with solid, hands-on ER exposure
* Confident working with HR systems (Workday experience desirable)
* Data-driven, commercially minded, and able to balance operational and strategic priorities
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly (company vehicle provided)
