Job Description: We are seeking an experienced pub chef to join our kitchen as a Sous Chef. Our establishment serves great pub food, and we are building upon this reputation. As a hands-on second chef, you will enjoy the energetic environment of a busy kitchen, leading from the front while supporting the Head Chef. You will motivate and get the best out of an already established team.

* You take pride in maintaining a clean and well-managed kitchen, especially as we aim to keep our 5-star standards.
* You are creative and willing to contribute to the specials board.
* You prioritize our customers' satisfaction.
* You have some knowledge of stock reports and are eager to learn more.
* You motivate and inspire your team.
* You enjoy helping others learn, including assisting younger team members with NVQ qualifications.
* You may have experience working for large pub companies and understand the importance of consistency, as well as experience in independent establishments with a unique identity.
* You are interested in developing new ideas and staying ahead of market trends.
* You are familiar with SFBB and COSHH regulations.
* You hold a current Food Hygiene Level 2 Certificate.
