Our client are an industry leading experiential agency who manage all in-store and out-of-store experiential events and activations for some of the most well known FMCG and retail brands.
They are now looking for a commercially driven, creative Senior Account Manager with strong experiential, social-first, and retail marketing expertise. You’ll help shape and deliver standout brand experiences for major FMCG, Beauty and Retail clients, driving engagement across in-store, experiential, and social channels.
Role Overview
You will support and grow key client relationships, oversee experiential and retail campaigns end-to-end, and contribute to new business opportunities. Your work will span immersive activations, omnichannel shopper journeys, and socially amplified campaigns that boost awareness, engagement, and conversion.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage account commercials and day-to-day client relationships across core FMCG and retail clients.
* Lead and support delivery of experiential activations and retail campaigns, ensuring they align with brand objectives and drive measurable impact.
* Develop ideas that integrate physical experiences with digital touchpoints, influencer content, and social storytelling.
* Identify growth opportunities across seasonal campaigns, product launches, and category objectives.
* Build long-term client relationships and act as a trusted advisor on experiential and retail strategy.
* Collaborate with creative, production, digital, and campaign teams to shape concepts, manage budgets, and ensure seamless execution.
* Oversee forecasting, budgeting, quoting, supplier management, and post-campaign reporting.
Requirements
* Strong background in experiential, shopper, or retail activation (agency or client-side).
* Understanding of FMCG and health & beauty retail environments.
* Proven commercial ability and experience growing accounts.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
* Highly organised, able to manage multiple fast-paced projects.
* Experience with integrated campaigns across design, production, logistics, staffing, and events.
