What you'll do: As Team Manager, you ll be responsible for leading a high-performing frontline sales and service team. Your focus will be on: Motivating and engaging your team to consistently exceed expectations Coaching individuals to deliver top-tier customer service and meet commercial targets, including upselling and cross-selling Managing performance, behaviours, and development in line with company standards Ensuring full compliance with internal policies and procedures What we're looking for: We're seeking a confident leader who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
