Cleaning Team Leader - Internal

Hours: 12.5 hours per week (Monday – Friday 6:00am – 8:30am)
Weeks: 52 weeks per year
Salary: £8,418 to £8,930 per annum
We have an exciting new opportunity for a Cleaning Team Leader to join our Estates Team As a member of the Estates department, you will provide cleaning services to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for all building users.
The role will help the Senior Team Leader, as necessary and to provide cover in their absence. The additional duties to the current cleaning role include the following -
* Making sure all cleaning areas are covered
* Ensuring stocks are distributed if and when needed
* Daily register
* Dealing with any incoming sickness
* Reporting faults and damages to the relevant people
* Logging holiday requests
* Stock checks
* Cleaning audits
* Liaising with managers on any cleaning issues
* Any other relevant duties requested by the line manager/Senior Team Leader
