Service Manager / Registered Manager
Two supported-living sites within a close coastal community vibrant, active, and full of life. Residents enjoy seaside days, local shopping trips, and the satisfaction of maintaining their own homes with the backing of a dedicated staff team.
Your Role
Own the full operational and governance delivery across both locations. You’ll inspire your team to champion independence while maintaining CQC excellence, drive staff performance, and nurture a positive-risk, person-centred ethos.
You’ll Need
* Experience managing Learning Disabilities / Autism / Mental Health services
* Strong understanding of CQC frameworks and quality governance
* Have a minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care support and training towards Level 4 and 5 is available.
* A leadership style that is visible, supportive and person centred
