Job Title: Projects Coordinator – Communities and Inclusion
Reports to: Head of Communities and Inclusion
Department: Communities and Inclusion
Hours: This is a permanent role of 37.5 hours per week requiring flexibility to work evenings, weekends and match days as required.
Job Purpose: The Communities & Inclusion Coordinator will lead the delivery of RUCT’s Communities & Inclusion strategy – using the power of sport to create opportunities, break down barriers and inspire positive change across Rotherham.
Working closely with the Head of Communities & Inclusion, you will coordinate high-quality youth and inclusion programmes that reflect the needs of children, young people, adults and older adults. You will be actively involved in leading and delivering sessions, workshops and community activities across all age groups, ensuring each programme is engaging and inclusive.
Contract Details: Full time (37.5hrs), permanent. Auto-enrolment into the Club’s pension scheme (depending on eligibility)
