We are currently recruiting for a passionate and dedicated Primary Teacher to join a vibrant primary school. As a primary Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering the curriculum across all key subjects, ensuring that students are motivated, engaged, and supported in their academic journey. Key Responsibilities
 * Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons across the primary curriculum.
 * Support and guide students in their academic and personal development, promoting positive behaviour and attitudes.
 * Assess students' progress regularly and provide feedback to ensure all learners are supported effectively.
 * Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver the best possible outcomes for the students in your care.
 * Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and fosters a love for learning.
Essential Criteria
 * Qualified Teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
 * Experience teaching in a primary school setting, with a strong understanding of the national curriculum.
 * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
 * A passionate and dedicated Teacher committed to making a difference in the lives of primary school students.
 * Ability to differentiate lessons to meet the diverse needs of students, ensuring all thrive.
Desirable
 * Experience in teaching children with additional needs (e.g., SEN, EAL).
 * A proactive approach to professional development and a desire to grow.
 * Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a calm and focused learning environment.
 * Knowledge of current educational trends and best practices in primary education.
 * Experience working in a primary school setting, focusing on building strong relationships with students and families.
