Key Responsibilities
* Provide specialist pharmaceutical care and expert medication advice across multiple healthcare settings
* Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to promote safe and effective medication use
* Lead and optimise the delivery of clinical pharmacy services
* Support the development and implementation of medicines management strategies and policies
* Undertake clinical audits and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives
* Ensure compliance with professional, regulatory and governance standards
Requirements
* Registered Pharmacist with current GPhC registration
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience working at Band 8a level
* Strong clinical knowledge and decision‑making skills
* Ability to work independently across multiple sites
* Excellent communication and leadership abilities
* Previous multi‑site or NHS hospital experience
* Full UK driving licence
