Finance and Administration Officer
Location: Remote (UK-based)
Type: Permanent, Part-Time (28 hours/week)
Salary:£21,945.95 per annum (pro rata, based on FTE £29,000)
Pension: 6% employer contribution
A respected UK-wide membership organisation is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Finance and Administration Officer to join its small, friendly central team. This role is vital to ensuring smooth financial operations and providing essential administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
* Day-to-day financial operations and bookkeeping
* Invoicing, income tracking, and cashflow monitoring
* Payroll processing and financial reporting
* Event finance administration (e.g. annual conference)
* General office and CRM administration
Key Skills & Experience
* Strong financial and office administration experience
* AAT qualification or equivalent experience
* Proficiency in XERO and CRM systems (ideally IMIS)
* Excellent attention to detail and numeracy
* Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines
* Professional and friendly customer service skills
* Experience in the charity or membership sector desirable
