Job Summary
We are seeking a Personal Tax Director in Bristol to manage a portfolio of high net worth individuals, families, and family offices. The role includes strategic tax advisory, personal tax compliance, and leadership of a specialist team.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver expert personal tax planning: Inheritance Tax (IHT), Capital Gains Tax (CGT), trusts, residence, and domicile issues
* Advise family offices and landed estates on wealth planning and succession strategies
* Lead, mentor, and review junior and senior tax professionals
* Identify opportunities to grow existing client relationships and business
* Provide proactive solutions for complex personal and international tax matters
About You
* Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) with substantial personal tax experience
* Proven experience with high net worth clients and family offices
* Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills
* Up-to-date knowledge of UK personal and international tax legislation
* Commercially minded and able to manage your own portfolio
