The Role
* Advise employers and senior executives on a broad mix of contentious and advisory work.
* Handle matters including contracts, dismissals, discrimination, redundancies, TUPE, restrictive covenants, and senior executive disputes.
* Play a central role in client relationship management and business development.
* Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to the growth of the department.
About You
* Employment Solicitor with 6+ PQE.
* Either an ambitious Senior Associate / Legal Director ready to step up, or an existing Partner seeking a fresh start.
* Strong technical skills with a commercial, solutions-focused approach.
* Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
