This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced teacher with a passion for SEND and inclusion to play a pivotal role in shaping and leading high-quality provision for pupils with additional needs. The successful candidate will manage the day-to-day running of the SRP, ensuring effective teaching, learning, and support for pupils, while also acting as a key link between the provision and the wider school community. Key Responsibilities Lead on the strategic development and management of the Specialist Resourced Provision. Deliver high-quality teaching to pupils with EHCPs, adapting curriculum and approaches to meet individual needs. Line-manage and support teaching assistants and specialist support staff. Monitor, assess, and track pupil progress, reporting regularly to senior leadership. Work collaboratively with parents, external agencies, and the local authority to ensure effective provision.
