About the Role:
Staff One is currently recruiting experienced and dedicated Senior Care Assistants to work in a care home setting in the Scunthorpe (DN17) area. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking flexible work through an agency, with a variety of shifts available.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leading and supporting a team of care assistants on shift
* Providing high-quality personal care and support to residents
* Administering and managing medication (where required)
* Supporting residents with daily living activities
* Maintaining accurate care records and documentation
* Ensuring a safe, comfortable, and dignified environment for residents
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Senior Care Assistant or similar role
* NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent preferred)
* Medication administration xsngvjr training
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* A compassionate and reliable approach
* Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
