As the Energy & Sustainability Manager, you will be responsible for the strategy, operational management, and delivery of the organisation's green plan initiatives, maximising resources and investments towards achieving specific sustainability goals, while exploring new opportunities to improve performance and effectiveness in a sustainable and efficient manner.
You will be an experienced professional with strong communication skills, capable of providing expert advice and conveying complex information to various stakeholders, and confident in representing the organisation regionally.
You will be a vision-led individual with ambition and a strong desire to make a difference, helping to steer the Trust forward and support its growth as a leading provider of mental health and addictions services in Greater Manchester.
Main duties of the job
The post-holder will work closely with the Capital, Estates, and Facilities (CEF) senior leadership team to ensure compliance with contractual terms and KPIs, focusing on statutory, mandatory, and best practice compliance, as well as due diligence audits.
The post holder will demonstrate an attitude that respects and values GMMH service users and their carers, embracing the organisation's core values.
