Service Advisor Required for Family Run Service Centre
1. Location: Redhill, Surrey
2. Pay: £32 - £35k Basic Depending on Experience + Quarterly Bonus
3. Hours: 8am - 6pm Monday - Friday + 1-in-3 Saturday Mornings on a Rota

Key Responsibilities of the Service Advisor:
11. Coordinate vehicle service and repair appointments efficiently.
12. Greet and engage with customers to understand their service needs and provide expert advice.
13. Deliver exceptional customer service by maintaining clear communication and keeping customers informed about their vehicle’s progress.
14. Utilise automotive service management software for scheduling, updates, and accurate record-keeping.
15. Work closely with technicians to ensure a seamless workflow and timely service delivery.
16. Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
Requirements of the Service Advisor:
17. A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry.
18. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with customers.
19. Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and exceed expectations.
20. Familiarity with automotive service management software and basic computer skills.
21. A team-oriented mindset and the ability to collaborate effectively with technicians.
