Were seeking a dynamic and passionate Speech and Language Therapy Lead (Band 7) to take on an exciting leadership role within a specialist neurorehabilitation service.

Location: Leatherhead, Surrey
Salary: A GBP 46,148 : A GBP 52,809 (depending on experience)
Hours: 37.5 per week (part:time hours considered)
The Opportunity
Step into a pivotal leadership role at a state:of:the:art 48:bed rehabilitation centre, working alongside a large, experienced multidisciplinary team.
As the Speech and Language Therapy Lead, youll oversee the delivery of evidence:based, person:centred therapy, managing a diverse caseload of clients with neurological disabilities and communication challenges.
Youll play a key role in:
* Leading, developing, and coordinating speech and language therapy services.
* Assessing and treating a wide range of speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive communication disorders.
* Providing expert training and guidance to colleagues, families, and carers.
* Collaborating closely with occupational therapists, physiotherapists, psychologists, and nursing teams.
* Representing the SLT service at senior leadership meetings and contributing to clinical governance.

About You
* Degree or diploma in Speech and Language Therapy with HCPC registration.
* Member of the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists (RCSLT).
* Postgraduate experience in neurorehabilitation, physical, or learning disabilities.
* Skilled in dysphagia management, communication, and voice therapy.
* Evidence of CPD and a current professional portfolio.
* A confident leader who is collaborative, organised, and motivated by improving patient outcomes.
