 
        
        We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Plumber to undertake a variety of plumbing and heating installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks across a range of buildings and systems. You will be responsible for providing excellent service to our clients, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standard aligning to the client's safety requirements and standards. This is a full‑time, permanent position offering a rewarding career with opportunities for growth and development.
Responsibilities
 * Installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing and heating systems, including pipework, fixtures, appliances, and hot water systems.
 * Diagnosing plumbing faults and determining effective repair or replacement solutions.
 * Performing general maintenance and building systems operational duties as assigned or directed.
 * Responding quickly to emergency situations, summoning additional assistance as needed.
 * Performing other duties as assigned.
 * Ensuring compliance with plumbing codes and safety standards, such as WRAS Regulations.
 * Providing accurate reports, quotations, and remedial recommendations to clients.
 * Communicating effectively with clients, explaining costs and work processes clearly.
 * Collaborating with other team members as required.
 * Maintaining accurate records of time and materials used for each job.
 * Acting as a resource to and providing training to other staff members so they can perform light plumbing maintenance and repair in a safe manner.
Qualifications
 * Proven experience and expertise in all aspects of plumbing and heating.
 * City & Guilds NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Plumbing as a minimum. Level 3 qualification is desirable.
 * Significant experience in industrial plumbing, with experience in commercial or domestic settings a bonus.
 * Strong understanding of plumbing regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
 * Ability to read blueprints, follow technical drawings, and troubleshoot complex plumbing systems. Skilled in the use of hand and power tools common to the trade.
 * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
 * Strong fault‑finding and problem‑solving abilities.
 * Full UK driving licence (essential).
 * Strong work ethic, reliable, and committed to delivering high‑quality work.
