ACCA / FCCA Senior Accountant - part-time -flexible working hours - hybrid

Key Responsibilities
* Preparation and review of annual statutory accounts for limited companies
* Preparation and review of corporation tax returns
* Reviewing accounts prepared by junior team members and outsourced providers, ensuring accuracy and compliance
* Reviewing bookkeeping and VAT returns prepared by the junior team
* Providing guidance, mentoring and support to junior staff
* Assisting with ad-hoc technical queries and internal process improvements
Skills & Experience Required
* FCCA / ACCA qualified
* Minimum 4 years' experience in an accountancy practice
* Strong experience preparing and reviewing statutory accounts and corporation tax returns
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Proven ability to manage deadlines, competing priorities and workflow changes
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Confident communicator with a collaborative approach to teamwork
* Flexible and proactive mindset
