Responsibilities
* Provide expert HR advice, guidance, and support to business leaders on policies, procedures, best practices, and employment laws.
* Lead the full talent acquisition lifecycle, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.
* Manage the employee journey, including onboarding, performance management, grievance resolution, and offboarding.
* Review, develop, and implement HR policies to ensure compliance with regulations and optimise internal processes.
* Collaborate with senior management to drive smooth day-to-day HR operations and support a high-performance, engaged workplace culture.
Qualifications
* Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist role.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build collaborative relationships at all levels.
* Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple HR processes effectively.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
