We’re looking for a Customer Service Administrator who thrives in a fast-paced, technical environment and enjoys providing excellent service to customers.
Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day customer orders, checking material and production capacity.
* Liaise with Area Sales Managers, internal quotations teams, and production facilities to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
* Act as the first point of contact for customer queries, working with Quality, Finance, and Transport to resolve issues.
* Accurately handle data entry and processing.
* Communicate directly with customers to provide updates and resolve queries.
* Work with the CAD team, taking off drawings and performing calculations where required.
Qualifications
* You’ll have experience in a fast-paced, technical customer service role, be confident working with both customers and internal teams, and be comfortable working with technical information.
* Strong computer literacy is essential, with SAP experience being advantageous.
Details
This will be working Monday to Thursday: 8:15am – 4:40pm, and Fridays 8:15am – 3:55pm (with 40 minutes for lunch), earning a salary of £27,158.58 per annum.
