Monetization Strategy and Operations Manager Graduate (GBS) - 2026 Start (MBA)
The goal of the Monetization Strategy and Operations team is to act as business partners and drive business growth through internal & external analysis, resource allocation & cross-functional/regional alignment. We're a global team with regional hubs in Singapore, China, UK, and US.

Responsibilities:
* Conduct external market assessments to support business decisions (e.g., market expansion decisions)
* Understand the trends for different industries and types of companies to better tailor our services models (e.g., ecommerce, start-ups, automotives)
* Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-regional teams to identify required improvements in business operations
* Discover how the strategy team of a fast-growth advertising company works
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
* Final year MBA student or recent graduate with less than 1 years experience
* Available to start in 2026
* Knowledge of digital advertising industry is desirable, but not essential
* Demonstrable analytical and modelling skills
* Excellent communication and project management skills, with experience interacting and building relationships with executive-level stakeholders
* Fast learner, highly entrepreneurial with a good sense of judgment and original thinking
Preferred Qualifications:
* Previous experience in corporate strategy at internet companies, management consulting or investment banking
