Responsibilities
The eRostering Facilitator will support the e‑Rostering Manager to deliver an effective ongoing business‑as‑usual service delivery of the electronic rostering system within NHS Fife. The post holder will provide service/system support for systems implementation and ongoing support for the e‑Rostering system across NHS Fife. The facilitator will work directly with the e‑Rostering Team and spend a lot of time training staff across NHS Fife, delivering large scale education on both the e‑Rostering and SafeCare systems to ensure confident, consistent and compliant use across all services.
We are looking for someone who will be a key advocate for e‑Rostering and our other Digital Systems and who is passionate about ensuring that training is delivered hand in hand with change to create a truly effective workforce.
Requirements
Due to legislative changes from 1 April 2025, this post may require a different level of criminal records check than is currently the case. If the post is assessed as a “regulated role”, your appointment will be subject to joining the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme. If there is any change to what is currently required, this will be confirmed by either the Hiring Manager or the Recruitment Team.
