A highly inclusive and nurturing SEN school in Wokingham is looking for a full-time
SEN Teaching Assistant
to support students aged 3-19 with complex needs. Pupils may have Autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, learning disabilities, and/or SEMH needs.
As an
SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work 1:1 or in small groups, helping students with communication, sensory regulation, learning tasks, and social development. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about inclusive education and is considering a future in SEN teaching, therapy, or educational psychology.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm
Salary: £89-£100 per day
Ideal for: Psychology, Education, SEN, or Health & Social Care Graduates
Your role will include:
Supporting students with additional needs in and out of the classroom
Implementing individual support strategies and sensory routines
Working closely with teachers, therapists, and SEN staff
Encouraging independence, confidence, and emotional wellbeing
