As an Apprentice Water Operative, you’ll be part of a supportive, practical team working on clean water networks across the North-West, gaining valuable hands-on experience and building a career that makes a real impact. About the Role As an Apprentice Water Operative, you’ll learn how to maintain, repair, and inspect water network assets, helping support our clients deliver safe, reliable water to homes and businesses every day. You’ll be supported by experienced colleagues who will teach you the ropes, encourage and support, whilst helping you grow your confidence out in the field. This is a physically demanding role requiring regular lifting, prolonged standing, and working in a fast-paced environment. You’ll complete the Level 2 Water Network Operative Apprenticeship, giving you nationally recognised skills whilst working on the job, completing meaningful work from day one.
