We are seeking an experienced and proactive Partnerships Manager to join our growing team at Tevalis. This is a key commercial role responsible for managing and expanding relationships within our Strategic and Integration Partner Ecosystem. You will drive growth through revenue share, lead generation, and collaborative partner strategies, ensuring ali gnment with business goals and market opportunities. Key Responsibilities Partnership Development & Management Manage and nurture a portfolio of Strategic and Integration Partners to deliver year-on-year revenue share growth. Serve as the main point of contact for partners, developing long-term relationships that generate mutual value. Facilitate lead generation and qualification in collaboration with internal stakeholders to support partners and secure inbound opportunities for Tevalis. Conduct regular partner reviews to track performance, share feedback, and plan future initiatives. Revenue Share & Commercial Strategy Deliver revenue-share growth targets by collaborating with internal sales, marketing, and product teams. Ensure accurate revenue tracking and partner invoicing via internal CRM systems and finance support. Support the negotiation and re-negotiation of commercial agreements, including revenue share models. Channel Development Drive channel leads from partners to Tevalis through education, alignment on Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), and joint campaign planning. Develop short-term referral campaigns to boost lead flow and partnership value. Integration & Technical Coordination Collaborate with Product, Development, and Integration teams to ensure integration stability, documentation, and enhancement. Liaise with third-party vendors and clients to support integration success and issue resolution. Manage NDA processes and API access, ensuring necessary agreements and approvals are in place. Support the integration pilot process and oversee release and request management in coordination with technical teams. Marketing & Visibility Work with the marketing team and partners to deliver co-branded campaigns and maintain accurate brand representation across partner channels. Ensure that Tevalis is correctly represented on partner websites and materials. Internal & External Communication Maintain up-to-date records on all partner activities and communications within the CRM. Provide regular reports to senior leadership on partnership performance, lead pipeline, and strategic opportunities. Represent Tevalis at trade shows and conferences, actively supporting company visibility and networking. Required Skills, Experience and Personal Qualities Proven experience in partnerships, business development, or account management (ideally in tech or SaaS environments). Strong commercial acumen with experience managing revenue share agreements. Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills. Technical aptitude to coordinate with product and development teams on integrations. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with varied responsibilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and reporting tools. Location You will be based at our Head Office on Bridgehead Business Park, Hessle. Days & Hours of Work You will be required to work Monday to Friday, 0900 to 1730 hours, with flexibility to suit business needs. You will also be required to travel to partner/client meetings and trade events as required.
